How Cruising Aviation is adapting to Covid-19:
Cruising Aviation works with a fulfilment partner to print and ship our orders. We’re in regular communication with them for the latest updates of what’s going on.
Our fulfilment partner is still operating and we’re continuing to accept orders, however, at the moment, our standard fulfilment estimate of 6 business days is currently closer to 15, To try and tackle this delay we are rerouting some orders from different fulfilment centres, this means that some products may be more often out of stock and branded packaging won't always be available. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Fulfilment and shipping will take longer but your order will reach you.

Fulfilment estimates as of December 17
Are there any shipping delays?
Yes. As of December 15, here are the approximate delays you can expect in addition to the estimated delivery times indicated at checkout:
US to US → 5 additional bus. days
US to Canada → 7 additional bus. days
US to Europe, Australia, New Zealand → 10 additional bus. days
US to Worldwide → 15 additional bus. days
EU to US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand → 25 additional bus. days
EU to Germany, the UK → 9 additional bus. days
EU (Riga) to Spain → 16 additional bus. days
EU (Barcelona) to Spain → no delays
EU to Austria, France, Italy → 12 additional bus. days
EU to The rest of EUR → 20 additional bus. days
EU to Worldwide → 30 additional bus. days
Please remember that the estimated shipping time is calculated according to our historical shipping data for deliveries to your area or selling region.
The estimated delivery time is just an estimate, it’s not a guarantee. You can receive the order past the EDT for reasons, like:
Issues with print/embroidery files
Products being out of stock
Shipping related delays like failed delivery attempts, service disruptions
That being said, we’ll work our hardest to meet our delivery estimates. If you’re ever in a situation where you haven’t received the order and it’s past its EDT, please allow a few more days. Get in touch with us (email@example.com), we’ll check your order status and let you know how to proceed.
Are there any countries you don't ship to because of Covid-19? (Updated November 6)
We don't ship to the following countries: Brunei, Chad, Cuba, Laos, Liberia, Libya, Madagascar, Mauritius, Mongolia, Myanmar, Panama, Seychelles, Sierra Leone, Solomon Islands, Tajikistan, Timor-Leste, Turkmenistan, Yemen.
